Wait time – first 15 minutes are free and after that $ 15.00 for every additional 15 min. Additional mileage over 20 miles round-trip -$1.00 per mile. *Mobile Service/Travel Service Fee is still due upon notary arrival and payable, or if signing does not occur for any reason; or if the loan does not fund, or if appointment is cancelled less than 1 hour prior to scheduled appointment. Loan Document Signing Fees
$ 125-150 -1st set of loan documents (purchase, refinance, etc)$ 75 – 2nd set of loan documents at same signing $ 25 -printing of E-docs (2 sets of same loan, if a copy is needed for the Borrower)
The Loan Signing Service includes: notarization of docs, obtaining necessary signatures, acquiring any additional information from Borrower as required by lender/escrow, pick-up and delivery, and completion in a timely manner, at a convenient location for the borrowers and/or escrow, title or lender.
Mortgage Loan signing-docs delivered via FedEx or other courier. Please note that the notary company does not pay FedEx charges. Same day loan document signings are possible.Documents picked up and dropped off in person incur a $150.00 fee.
****Travel fees are due regardless of whether a signing takes place.
